You will receive calls for submissions when we are seeking articles for upcoming issues, informing you of editorial themes and deadlines for submissions.
What we’re looking for
We’re always looking for people to cover the latest trends in managing/coaching, leadership, work culture and wellness, as well as share actionable advice and personal experiences about work life in Canada. Help us create healthier workplaces, where employees and organizations thrive. You don’t have to be an expert (although we welcome those) or a Pulitzer-winning journalist (everybody starts somewhere, right?) to have insight on what makes a healthy, productive workplace.
A few things to keep in mind:
- We no longer publish guest blog posts.
- Please remember, our content is 100% Canadian.

Our community (many of whom are between 29 and 49 years old), are experienced, highly educated, affluent decision makers. Readers range from managers and business leaders, to HR professionals, to employees who seek solutions to problems in the workplace, such as those experiencing bullying, a difficult boss or coworker, or who are seeking a career change. We welcome any and all work-related queries.
